Fraud by paytm

I ordered a mobile of 4gb ram and 64 gb internal memory through paytm..but i recevied a different product which was of 4gb and 32 gb variant..the serious issue is that 4gb ram 64gb memory variant does not exist..the company never made that variant..i took a screenshot when it was showing 4gb ram and 64 gb internal memory on paytm app..just now they have updated 64gb to 32gb..they fooled me..what should i do now..

I would suggest you first take up the matter with the customer care and get a refund, if thats not possible, file a complaint with the consumer forum.
