Hi,
I want to know whether I can file a Suite against fraud beneficiaries of a govt scheme implemented in our village.
Buy our investigation we found that the govt officials who are in charge of this are also included in this act. to our knowledge the total 1.26 Cr amount has transferred without proper documentation of the beneficiaries.
Please help us to go forward

not a case of civil suit.
SInce public officials are involved you can file case with State Vigilance Bureau or CBI s the case may be.
later you can file PIL if no action is taken.

As advised by Mr. Sudhir Kumar, bring the scandal to the notice of the competent authorities/governmental agencies/vigilance or law enforcing authorities with roper proof and evidence and also be prepared to face the tougher situations that may follow suit. If the competent authority is still ineffective, then you may approach the high court with a PIL for further action through a court of law.
