Have to join new company . They are asking for Form 12B .
Kindly confirm if can be filled by myself as prev employer is not giving form 12B.
Last year also he did not issued Form 16 as well . Finally have to submit ITR on the basis of salary slip.
Pls advice what can be done in such case.

If the previous employer is refusing, you may approach your present employer expressing your inability to do so and he may be requested to write directly to the previous employer for this.
