People take travel insurances while going abroad, for example from Thomas Cook in india. Ans when one goes abroad he is either travelling or staying at home, hotel etc.

The terms & conditions in travel insurance repeatedly say harm , injury , accident etc etc while travelling.

In this background please advise whether travel insurance covers injury, accident  etc while not travelling, for exapmle staying at home during the foreign stay?
