My father in law was having 15 acre property which was registered on his name only. As My wife is only child and the land is in siliguri and we live in Punjab, we thought to sell that land. But to my astonishment people nearby had done kabza over 2 acre and had built houses over there. Now I came to know that approximately 9 cases are already going on about that dispute. And as we know its India so those people are having some fake documents also. I just want my land back so that I can sell it. I came to know that cases are just going on from last 5-6 years. I don't want to waste my time in all this.. I can get my land back forcefully but I want it to settle legally. Plz suggest any possible way to get my land back asap.
