A piece of land near our house is area of 0.23 satak.It is under litigation and under 14N of Land and land refrom act, in W.B , govt VESTED those land. We have gone to court, stay order was given and this case is still pending .
Under this circumstance, one person adjuscent to the land forcefully occupied some portion of the land and giving fencing.Under this we have gone to district court and 144 was imposed. It is pending now, next hearing is in next month.
Under this corcumstance, police report was also given and it is in favour of me.Police report said that, the opposition party did not show any documents against this property, where I show all legal document.Police also said that the opposition party admits that he forcefully encroach some portion of land.
Under this circumstance, what should be the appropiate action to be taken to get the eviction order.
