Forceful compromise petition in lokadalat in absence of accused

Dear Sir,

in a case pertaining of cheque bounce 138ni act,a person was forced to sign a joint memo for compromise using brute force and the same was submitted to the court, the stress lead to blockage in brain and she could not appear in the court at all, is there any relief she can expect to condone the joint memo and continue with the case and seek natural justice

Though it is in a belated stage, you can make a representation before the Lok Adalat narrating the entire events and seek their intervention to cancel the compromise memo and not to pass any compromise decree, take the help of your lawyer.
