This is regarding my Aadhar Card which i have not received from concern authority. I have applied in the year 2011. When i had asked the authority they have said that, i need to enroll again as they have lost the data. Again i had enrolled in the begining of 2013. Still i did not get the same. Know for the gas connection, they are asking the aadhar card by 31-Aug-2013, if not they will cancel the connection. I have already submitted acknowledgement to the gas company but they are not accepting the same.
I want to file a case against the concern authority. Do i need to file a case in consumer Court or in other court.
Also please let me know on whom i need to take action , Is it Gas company or Issuing Authority.
PLEASE SUGGEST.....
