Dear Sirs,What would be the Fate of Court Order in Additional Court the Court had Ordered for Implementation Of partition in a Partition Suit between 2 Sisters and 4 brothers of Hindu Family in 1993.. Due to the carelessness of the Sisters the Order was not Implemented and Now the 2 sisters who filed the case and Obtained the Orders and 3 brothers of the Respondent Side are No More.Whether the Children of the Deceased Sisters have Right to Proceed in the Case being their Grand father's Property.The children of the 4 brothers had shared the Property that is of their Grand Father among them selves..Would be very grateful for your opinions Please
