This case is on behalf on my family relatives whi stay in Bhatkal , Karnataka.
They have a poultry business and their home is on the highway kind of isolated from the hustle. THe house is in extreme bad condition and their only dream is to rebuild the house/ For this they desperate;y want to sell their part of the land (Which belongs to the brothers jointly.) Now the problem is this particular brother wants yo sell their land and get his part of the money so that he can gve a good future to his family.
But the other elder brothers arewell settled in life and they live in city and have no intereset in selling the land.
This particular famiuly just wants to sell their part of the land and uplift themselves to live a good life.Kindly suggest how to resolve this issue??
