My Family court matter of declaration of divorce is under non hearing board for last 3 years. How come is it possible that court is denying to take it on hearing board and frame issues ? My lawyer excuses that judge is denying to take it on hearing board, so we should wait. But its been 3 years ! What should I do to expediate ?
