False statements & evidence before Industrial Tribunal

My case is pending before Industrial Tribunal. Employer has made false claims/statements in his claim statement. He has even erased some lines from my emails, which were inconsistent to his claim and submitted them as evidence. He has also concealed many facts and documents. I have been suggested by someone to file a criminal case against the employer for misleading the court. Is it possible to do so? Please guide and provide some information about process.
