False case against me under ipc section 297, 427

Respected Sir/Madam Advocates.

I HAVE BEEN CHARSHEETED BY POLICE WITH THE HELP OF TAHSILDAR FILED FALSE CASE  AGAINST ME UNDER SECTION IPC 297, 427.MY FATHER WHO WAS THE PATTADAR OF THE FOLLOWING SURVEY NO 411, IN THAT LAND FEW ILLEGAL GRAVES ARE THERE, MY FATHER IS HAVING PATTADAR PASSBOOK AND POSSESSION PASSBOOK, IN THE SAME SURVEY NO ONE VENTURE WAS DEVELOPING THE LAND, WHEN WE ARE NOT READY TO SELL THE PART OF SURVEY NO 411 WITH THE HELP OF SURPANCH THEM HAVE BEEN FILED THE CASE AGAINST MY SON THAT HE TRY TO REMOVE THE GRAVES FROM THE SUITE LAND.

AFTER THAT I HAVE BEEN FILED THE CASE FOR RECOVERY OF POSSESSION SUITE, WHICH WAS PENDING IN THE SENIOR SESSION COURT.

IS THIS SECTIONS CAN BE COMPARMISE OUT OF THE COURT. ? OR NOT ?

KINDLY GIVE ME YOUR VALAUABLE SUGGESTION TO ME.

Members are not sooth sayers to foretell what happens tomorrow in a proceeding.

You can attend and explain your stand and either you can get a compromise with mutual consent or continue the case.

Attend the Court (Lok Adalat) and find out some "possible and acceptable" amicable settlement.
