Extraordinary leave in probation.


sir,

If after three months EOL taken by an employee who is in probationary period and not completed 1 year service, What will be the action taken by the central govt against him.

sir, If the request denied then he will be dismissed from service taking more than three months in probation and not completed one year.

Unauthorized absence is misconduct and employer can proceed in accordance with applicable service/conduct and discipline rules…………….and IT may lead to termination/dismissal as per provisons of applicable rules.. .

taking any kind of leave including EOL has no effect on probation.

I am working in a central autonomous body.And i am in probationary period. I worked for 11 months.After due my ill health and family problem i am not attending duty from 3 months.And on unauthorised absence. They deposited one month salary without working.I am ready to give back that salary amount.And i have not taken any loan.There is no bond for two years.Only appointment letter stating that u r on 2 years probation.And u can leave with one month notice period.But sir i am having so much fear that they will arrest me.I am ready to pay all the dues and give back id card.pls tell me sir i am very much frightened.pls suggest me as a friend pls sir.

Now you  have come with some facts after playing hide and seek.

You are hiding facts.  You said

So they could have gone for a harsher penalty of dismissal rendering you unfit for future govt employment by following chargesheet procedure

Sir,
Upto now i have not received any letter of termination. why u r thinking like i am concealing the information.there is no govt property with me except id card and one month salary.pls sir why u r suspecting me.
