Extortion threat from idea customer care employee

 I have received a call from Idea customer care employee regarding outstanding amount of my friend who resides

in Delhi, The lady over phone first gave me my friend's reference and asked me to pay on his behalf  to which I

gently declined as it has nothing to do with me .Then She has used many ill words against me and my family and

also warned me to face the consequences .  Verbatim of those ill words may be inappropriate .Then I enquired with my friend and I found out that company is harassing every" most dial numbers" from the Bill. 

what action should I take please guide me?

Record all those tones and give a complaint to the cyber police.

This is illegal and atrocious by the company's staff.  Next time you record the call and lodge the complaint before the police and also ask your friend to settle the amount if any due.
