The order has following key points.

1)I will have to rent her 1BHK flat.

2)The rent will be paid by me along with 10000/month as maintenace.

3)50000 one time compensation.

4)to return all stridhan.

Now all these monetary points are probably based on the false information provided by my wife in her application.

I did not attend any hearing, since i did not receive any summons from the court.I casually checked the status of the case online and found that it was disposed and the order was passed.

My divorce case is pending and next hearing is on 23rd May.

here your wife got what she wanted from you and it is your turn to appeal and if you want any modifications from that order go and appeal through a lawyer because if you does not appeal then the order would be final and she may file for contempt of court
