FIR was filed under section 66 of IT act on 7th Jan 2015. Being bailable offence, bail was obtained from Court. However till date charge sheet is not filed and have been regularly attending the court. This is hampering my career. Is there any way I can request the Magistrate to exempt from personal appearence withtout a pleader and issue summons for appearance as and when charge sheet is filed?

You may put an application in court for exemption from personal appearance.
It is a matter of discretion of court to allow or deny such application, considering merits and gravity of matter.
