Can anyone help me in following case
A decree has been awarded against a company under consumer protection act. The decree was executed at a place where company was running a branch at the time of execution. Now branch has been closed and they refused to accept decree stating that there in no such company at address. so i approached to court for execution of decree at company registered office helding director responsible. the court is saying that it can not be executed at a place different mentioned in order.
