sir,
In a civil case Under section 13 the respondent(wife) has filed tea application of sec 24.The petitioner has the photocopies(not certified) of ITR, bank statements and registration of Car as the evidence that she is working. Is it possible to ask the civil court to call the concern department for verification of the evidences as in Crpc sec 91 we can call the verification or record for evidence.

Yes the Employer or his record of employment can be called by the Court on the request of the either party on their expenses, to get it verified that whether she is employed with them or not and if in past only then from which date to which date?

Sir but In case she is self employed can we call the record from Income tax department, ICICI any bank to verify the ITR and bank statement. Can we use section 91 of crpc in a civil case.Or CPC have some different ruling for this.
