Hello sir !!!! I have filed a suit of Injunction order for disconnecting power supply, against Electricity Supply Board (BESCOM) for neglecting our complaint on person availing power supply through fake or fraudulent documents of our property ...But civil court had rejected our suit under 145 section of electricity act ....Wt can I do for disconnecting power supply on fake or fraudulent documents of our property ....please help me out sir!!!
