Can we expect / imagine simultaneous election to Parliament and state assemblies in this coalition era ?

Given the fact that different political parties are in power in different States and that the Different Assemblies have been constituted on different dates, the possibility of simultaneous election both the Paliamentary and Assembly Seats of all the States in the country appears very very bleak, whether there is coalition Government is there in the Center or in the States.
