Dear Sir,
my wife took admission in a fashion designing institute before 4.5 years. the course was of 2 years.it has already completed before 2.5 years but the institute is not providing certificate and mark sheets.they always used to say that there is a spelling mistake in certificate and marks sheet and it will take time to correct this.sir 2.5 years has gone and still the same postion is there.Now i want to file a case in consumer forum.pls tell me the procedure and remedies.
