EMI default

I received business loan from a bank against mortgage of my house. For the past 3 years paid EMI regularly. This month only I could not pay the EMI on 4/4/19. I can pay that amount before the due date of next EMI on 4/5/19. But the collection people from the bank came to my house and shouting and forced me to pay immediately. Also threatening me to take action under section 25. Is it correct ?. please advise me what I have to do.
