Dv act

Our marraige was solomonized in july 2017. She is having extra maratial affair with some guy. And i left her at her parents home in oct 2017. Now she has filed case under DV act on me and my father and i havr divorced her as per muslim personal law. What things i need to take as precautionary measures. Also she is doing pvt. Coaching and is earning good amount. Can she get maintanance as i am govt employ�e and earning 55k.
