Sir,I aquited 498a+304b from kalyan court.story is wife burnt suicide after treatment 5 days after expire.two dying declaration given by wife.but not say dowry demand statement. But my in laws make a story and file police complaint that demanding Rs 1 lakh for flat purchasing.
In trial the case all family member contradiction statement given in court and not produce any written proof.and statement not match with dying declaration by her family member.in declaration she accept in hot temper suicide.
My question is can i file for contradiction statment ipc 200 sec against her family member.beacause contradiction statement creat only when false statement given.and what can do against in laws which law punish 100%.
When i went police station they not take my case against in laws.why?
And judge clearly saying in order that accused not any demand.but not say this is false case.why?my no 0844614254.
