Doubt regarding relinquishment deed

sir my father died without writing a will. we are 2 brothers,one sister and my widow mother in total 4 members as heirs.. we three of us made a relinquishment deed in favour of my mother. now my question is what will happen after death of my mother to the property as our advocate has told that after your mother death it will again come to all three of u. sir plz clarify.

if she dies intestate it will happen as your lawyer had told you

if she writes a will  then she is free to give  the whole property on any ones name as it had become her self aquired property.

Agree with your lawyer and mr. Saravanan, tell your mother to write a will and registered the same in the sub registrar office, so the future lengthy legal process and controversy may be avoided.
