Dear Friends,
My friend is working as a Junior Lecturer on Contract Basis (CJL) in a Govt. Junior College and he is also working for another Private Company (on Contract ) for a period of 1 year; and he gets TDS deducted which can be claimed later on.
Bank accounts into which the salary is credited for both jobs are different and not one.
My Question is, doing 2 jobs in this manner, is this legal and as his TDS is being deducted (as evidence), will there be any problem in future in the time when this Contract Job in Govt. becomes permanent job.
Please advise.
