Does high court give bail to accused who are involved in finacial frauds?

In my case accused have duped so many girls across India to the tune of approximately 80 lacs Rs. using the same fake story. Please let me know what are the chances of High Court giving them bail? Once given bail these accused will run away and will never be caught.
