Do i need probate? if yes, how much would it cost?

Hi,

My grandfather died after leaving a will in the name of my father. My father has 2 other siblings (sisters) who at this point, do not have any objection to the wil and willing to sign on any paper. My grandfather's movable and immvoave properties are in Morena (MP) and in Jaipur.

Since my grandfather has left all his assets to my father so based on the will, my father has gotten the property (immovable) transferred in his name. Now the question I am having is, alhtough none of the siblings have any objection right now, do you think they can create a problem at some point in the future. What is the best way to make sure that they cannot make any claim in the future and my father can sell the property if he wants to withoiut any hassle in future.

Someone suggested to get the will probated. Is it really necessary. If yes, how much would it cost to do that? My father lives in Morena (MP). If the probation does not cost much and even provide an ounce of security, we would like to get that done. The property cost in multiple lakhs.

And if you can suggest some good local lawyer that would be great.

Better to prbate the will and apply for mutation of property

Forgot to add that the will is registered so the property has already been mutated.
