I need help regarding the below situation
Both Husbnd and Wife are muslims and got married in 2008, and registered their marriage in bandra court Now they got divorced in 2012 using Divorce Deed with Mutual Consent signed by both husband and wife and not via court. My question is the divorce deed valid, can the person now remarry and register his new marriage and get a marriage certificate without a court divorce decree?
What should the Ex Husband do if the Ex Wife considers Divorce Deed signed by both as final and does want to attend family court for Divorce decree?
