Divorce after 16 years separation

Sir, Please may I Know, How much it will costs to publish divorce in newspaper

You need to have divorce decree. After receiving divorce decree you don’t have publish in newspaper.

Sir, an interim maintenance order @ Rs. 800 passed against my client in the 3rd hearning in my absence ....actually i was sick and also i duly informed the court...how could i write alteration petition..

You can file a motion in High Court to set aside judgement of the district court within two months' time of passing of the trial court order.
