Hi all,
Its been one and half year my wife deserted me.we tried to go amblically but failed on every aspect.How can i proceed now ? . can i apply divorce on desertion & cruelty now or will i get advantage if i apply after 2 years of desertion ? i already posted few posts but no change in my situation
i want to get out from this mess.
please guide me

Divorce on the basis of desertion can be filed only after 2 years of desertion however on the basis of cruelty you can file the divorce now, but you need to show and prove the cruelty in the court to get it

marriages cannot be so succintly be decided young man , true some problems arise that cannot lead you to go for divorce, compromise is my advice to you, after all if you mary again where is the guarantee it will be fine for a person suffering from egtism. so compromise is a wise option sir. tks
