Marriage occured about 5 yrs back. Husband never ever cared for me, always remained involved with his parents & profession and never ever had any physical relationship with me and has kept my istridhan in bank locker & not allowed acess to me. Also showed cruelty economically and otherwise in many ways. Left my job due to desperation & detiorating health and also husband,s home about 2 yrs. back to live with my parents. Not in contact with him & do not know about his where abouts.
How , Where & in what way/basis , etc. divorce can be had from him ?
