sir i have filed a mutual concern divorce in the family court in july. As i got seperated from my husband 6 years ago . we have 2 children and we taken off the all the cases in high court and filed for mutual concern but we cant even bare him this six month i have filled cooling of period advance petition in family court but the judge refused to accept that petition as he asked me to file this in high court so please kindly give me suggestion as i am not going to bare him a single month with me now and suggest me how i get my divorce
