Need cittion , Rulling and suggetion on following:
Wife filed divorce under sec13 in sep09 it was dismissed on march 2011, by Not pressed and no instruction order , again wife filed same on same ground of curelty and new is of desertion in jan 2014 ,
Question:
[1] Will it maintainbale [ present status husb gave his WS with preliminary objections]
[2] need ruling and citation about wife case dismissed that is second divorced case dismissed, here wife lost section 24 in present sec13,
[3] need ruling obout repeation of facts that is resjudicata. no new cause for present petition,
need guidance here for custody of child 4yr daughter and perjury under 340 she lies in sec24 as she earn 2000 only but her earning is four times of it...
please suggest and guide soon as dates is in this week only..
