i am grandson of the property holder.
i am not a person who has even basic knowledge in LEGAL MATTERS therefore my question and words may be not up to the mark.
my question:
my grandfather had taken a land for irrigation (year wise). year after year he used to pay certain amount or equivalent produce of farm.
after the law enacted in year 1970 or after said as Indira Gandhi act
the land was given to my grandfather.
my grandfather took the land but he paid a sum for that not the value for land but less.
in 1992 my grandfather died........
till date property is on being used by youngest son.
all are ready for distribution of land but eldest brother is not ready.
we have no objection (any member doesnt have any objection)
in all there are 5 brothers and 3 sisters
3 brothers died and also 1 sister but they dont have any family i mean to say remained single and two died in age of 10-20yrs
in this case what should be our next step.......
what documents would be requeired
we dont even have rtc, mutation etc
what should we do for division of land
