Disturbance caused by function hall

Hi Everyone,

Need your help understanding the right procedure to lodge a complaint against a Function hall, which is absolutely back to my home, especially the Kitchen which is attached to my home's compound wall. Me and my family has been suffering from past 13 years due to the noise made by the function hall people. Kindly help.
