Distribution of ancestral property

Dear All,

I have a question related to property. Forty years ago, my grandpa' father had written a Will that all property would belongs to my grand mother. But 14 years ago, she died without a will and my grandpa is still alive. My father have two sisters. They are married. One elder sister stays with us after marriage for some years due to some personal reason. But today she asked for her share in the property. Presently she is a govt. servant and her married daughter also in govt. service. Both of them are well settled and also they have some property in their In Laws Home. And my father is driver working in private company and i am a student. I have two sisters also. We have no any large property but small home in village. For this home, she asked for her share. Is this is valid or legal. Pls. suggest me best answer.

When grandpa is alive, no question of asking share in property. Shameless people.
