Dear Team
I am residing in a Ground floor in Ashok Nagar Near Tilak nagar in three storey building from last 5 years peacefully with my family.Recently a lady who says herself that she is working in high court is creating nuisance by saying that the
1.the space below the stairs is not common but offf 1and 2nd floor
2.The space infront of ground floor for parking is not of ground floor but of 1 and second floor.
In the property papers nothing is writtem as such and she always is looking for a reason to fight .
kindly suggest what can be done.Regards
