Diploma during Govt job

currently i m on Govt Job...i want to join regular diploma course..anyhow if i did my course complete during job.then when i get job through that regular diploma...during this i also resigned my previous job to join new one... any adverse effect of this on my newly joined job...in future ...???

You cannot do regular course unless your employer gives you permission.
