A Judge served as Additional District judge was terminated from service on the ground that his mental stability is not stable and he was imbalance in mind.

Can he appear before court as practicing lawyer ?

Are judgments based on Advocates' presence and his arguments alone without considering other facts and law ? Even if it is not the such judge and some one insane what does it makes a difference to other parties ?
