Deposit of Demand Draft in HC - 482 Compromise Quash

Hello Experts, We have agreed settlement with other party on a compromise amount if they agree to 482 compromise quash of 498a/406 in Jaipur HC. Due to trust issues, girls family wants us to deposit the Demand Draft in the HC along with the quash petition and give it to them after the quash order. 1. Can the HC/registrar deposit the demand draft with them at the time of quash petition application? 2. If the quash is not executed in 3 months and Demand Draft expires, can the DD be revalidated again by us or will the girls side need to do the revalidation? 3. If HC does not deposit the DD with them - is there any other way the compromise amount can be deposited to a neutral third party who can give to girl side on quash only ? E.g. I have heard of Escrow accounts ? Do courts accept escrow accounts for payments between the litigant parties ? 4. Any other suggestions experts ?

You may take help of elders of your family, competent and experienced well wishers, seasoned PIP’s, helpgroups, community leaders, NGO’s, experienced colleagues, associations, etc to resolve the matter if any, and/or find a very able LOCAL counsel specializing in concerned filed of law e.g; Family/Civil matters as in your case, and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules, revenue codes/rules, precedence, latest judgments etc …. and worth his/her salt, can advise you and even help you.

Online discussions are not substitute to in person discussions with a very able counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in concerned field of law.

There are such very able counsels at each location.

Check for such counsels at LOCAL e.g;, Family/Civil courts, HC, SC …

You can also try to get free legal advice from FREE Legal Aid that is usually in LOCAL courts Complex..preferably from a counsel specializing in concerned filed of law e.g; Family/Civil matters.

Your counsel can help you to file for quash and advise on deposit of DD with say Regisrar of the court along with covering transcriptt to protect your interest, after examining all case related facts/docs..
