Demised foreign wife's property transfer

Respected,

We are NRI living in Malaysia. All are Malaysian citezens. Recently, my wife expired.

She had 2 properties registered under her name in India. We have 4 children. Now, my children wanted the properties to be transferred to me. All 4 had said that they do not want any share. Please advise the procedure for the transfer to my name. Thank you.
