Yes. You can.  Ist preference is S.C. decision. 2nd preference is its own High Court D.B. judgment. 3rd preference is its own High Court single judge judgment. 4th preference is other H.C. judgment.

Yes I agree Mr.Chandrasekhar's opinion.

Why because, authoritative judicial precedents have authoritative and should be followed by the court to which they are referred.

So after the 1st 3 steps 1. Supreme Court 2. D.B.Judgment 3.Own High Court judgment are authoritative 

while the Decision of other High court is only persuasive. So it comes only next to the above listed authoritative Judicial Precedents.
