It has been more than 2.5 years since original money suit filed in Palakkad sub court Kerala. This case is not yet listed for hearing. I understand that from my advocate that many other old cases are pending in the court.
Is that the valid reason given by judges/advocate is justified? But I have seen in the website (ecourts.gov.in) that judgement hgiven for many cases filed after this date . This case has been filed in April 2012.
Can anyone advise how to expedite proceedings at these courts? Why judges gives date every alternate month and did not perform any activities? why judges waste their time just to announce next date if they knows this has to be taken for hearing only after 2-3 years? Is our judiciary is so bad?
