Deceased claim difference in the title of the deceased name.

My mother passed away few months back her name was Sushma Darnal She got married to M.P. Gurung, my father When she died we found she had opened an account in central bank using the name Sushma Gurung according to her addhar card. But the death certificate has her name Sushma Darnal as her voter card. Now the banker says the two are different people and will not accept affidavit or any news publication saying that the both are same person. Please suggest something we could do to claim the money in the account.
