My Query is:
1) On Facebook Somebody post my son photo and write Comment "My Sweet Son"
2) Can it be under Cyber Law?
3) What action i will take against this person?
4) If this person in my relatives ? can i take any action ?
5) Please suggest me ? How i will take action under cyber law against that person?

Sure if you are offended by said posting.You can certainly take action and also remove the defamatory contents.
