Crpc 125 for foreign minors

Hi Both parents are Indians. child is a us citizen. Wife applied for CrPC 125 for self and child. In this case, are there any different provisions in CrPC 125 for foreign nationals who are minor ?or irrespective of whether they are major /minor or foreign / indian CrPC 125 is applicable for anyone who files the case in India?

Law does not differ between foriegn nationals and Indian nationals on this point .
