Can a person whose name does not exist on the Agreement of flat qualify as a Member of Managing Committee (MC) of a Society? If no, is there any provision in the society bye-laws to qualify as a Member of MC? If yes, are there any restrictions/limitations to rights when acting as a Member of MC?
