Criminal complaint under crpc200

Complaint u/s 406/420/120/34b filed in MM court under crpc 200 against my sister in which actually my father had asked from someone for a loan but took a cheque of my sisters name and given a security cheque of his account not my sisters. The whole anount was transferred in my fathers account next week only. But due to financial problem we were not able to pay the loan so he filed an FIR but was not registered by the police so he went to the court. There is no signed document given by my sister and father except my fathers cheques. He is stating that my sister induced him to give her a loan and my father standed as a guarantor. He has given no witnesses and documentary evidence. What are the possible consequences as the judge has asked for the SHO report.?? Thank you

If police has refused to register FIR earlier then they will revert according this time also.

As your father has taken money then he should return money morally and legally.

If you peoples have not done anything wring nothing will go against you.
